  1. Recognition of a Customer’s Expectation of Privacy: We believe the confidentiality and protection of client information are among our fundamental responsibilities.  Thus, the safekeeping of client information is a priority.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, schedule appointments, send important service-related messages, and communicate updates related to our offerings. If you opt in to receive SMS communications, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, and informational messages related to your request. We do not use your personal information for purposes other than those described without your consent.
  3. Maintenance of Accurate Information: Lions Gate Sovereign Capital, LLC recognizes the need to maintain accurate client records.  Therefore, it has established procedures to ensure the accuracy of customer information and keep it current and complete.  These procedures include promptly responding to requests to correct inaccurate information.

Limiting Employee Access to Information: At Lions Gate Sovereign Capital, LLC, employee access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information.  Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of client information and on these Privacy Principles.  Because of the importance of these issues, all Lions Gate Sovereign Capital, LLC employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.  Employees who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.
  5. Protection of Information via Established Security Procedures:  Lions Gate Sovereign Capital, LLC has established appropriate security standards and procedures to guard against unauthorized access to client information.
  6. Restrictions on the Disclosure of Client Information: When sharing customer information with unaffiliated companies, we will not share your personal information unless you request.
  7. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lions Gate Sovereign Capital regarding your inquiry, appointments, and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  8. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze website traffic, and enhance our services.
